Welcome to Yoga with Dawn
Dawn offers hatha yoga classes in Emsworth and Westbourne, Hampshire. The classes are open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

Regular Classes
Tuesday 6.00pm - 7.25pm
Tuesday 7.35pm - 9.00pm
Wednesday 6.00pm - 7.25pm
Wednesday 7.35pm - 9.00pm

Winter Term 2024
Classes will start 9th/10th January 2024 to 26th/27th March 2024 excluding 13th/14th February 2024

Who can attend?
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, physical ability, background or stage of life.

Why Yoga with Dawn?
Dawn is a fully qualified (Dip FRYOG) and experienced teacher. She has practiced yoga for 21 years.

What to expect?
The class will last 85 minutes. Each class begins and ends with a period of relaxation and also includes:
• A series of stretches and warm ups
• Asanas (postures)
• Pranayama and breathing exercises
• Meditation

Where are the classes?
Emsworth is a small town on the Hampshire / West Sussex border between Portsmouth and Chichester. Surrounding areas include Havant, Southborne, Nutborne, Westbourne and Bosham.

What to wear
Suitable clothing is unconstricting, loose and comfortable. eg leggings and T-shirt. You will need socks and sweatshirt to keep you warm during relaxation.

What to bring
• A yoga mat
• A blanket / sleeping bag (to provide some cushioning from the floor and to keep warm during relaxation)
Yoga should be practised on an empty stomach. It is advisable not to eat for 90 minutes before a class.
